PradeepChowdary
Hi I applied for H1B this Year (2012), and I got RFE , RFE states that I need to show proof that i am working in client location, but due to some management issues I lost my job in the client location after I got my RFE, my RFE expires on sept 1st, 2012, so what all documents I need to provide in order to get approval of my H1B, My vendor has given me a letter that I am working in client location , any help would be appreciated Thanks & Regards, Pradeep Link to comment
JoeF
Do not use a letter claiming that you work at the client location if you don't work there anymore. They may nowadays check that via client site visit. Your employer should get you a new project. If he doesn't, find another employer. Link to comment
wiweq
"Do not use a letter claiming that you work at the client location if you don't work there anymore." => Moreover, providing "False Statement in Immigration Matter" is a punishable crime and the sentences can be max 10 Years in Prison and a $250,000 fine. Ignorance is not bliss. Link to comment

JoeF
The LCA would have to be amended, and the the H1 RFE would have to be answered appropriately. Why is that even a question? Does your employer not have a lawyer??? Link to comment
