sumant_k Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 I sent my passport for renewal about a month ago and during this time, I got an offer and accepted it, but the H1-b transfer is pending because the passport hasnt been renewed yet. What options do I have to continue with my h1 transfer. Also my passport renewal status says.. its been referred for "further clearance and may take some time" What exactly does this mean, the embassy or vfs is not giving any information in this regard.
