H1B Transfer - Want to go back to previous employer.

Hi

I transferred my H1B from company A to Company B nearly three months ago (approved through non premium processing). I have five pay stubs from Company B.

Now, I want to go back and work for my previous employer (Company A). Can i go back to Company A who has not yet revoked my H1B?

Do the company A have to file another H1B transfer?

I told to employer A to stop running the pay role because of 240 day rule. That time I was around 235 days since my I94 expired and applied for the H1 extension. So I told A that I am not going to client place and don't run the pay role beyond 240 days. And I decided to join employer B until A gets approval. Last week I got the extension approval for A. Now I want to go back.

=> I think you can join emp A, as they have approved h1b for you. Of course, they should have valid job for you.
