Petioner has H1B refusal history, chances of getting stamped - New H1B

Hello Friends,

Couple of guys from my petitoner had 221G last year (2011) and in May 2011 ( after 8 months from 221G issued date) they got H1B refused notice based on project not convincing.

Now I have scheduled my visa inetrview with consulate this week in India. This is my new H1B and first time.

Need your help/experience and suggestions, after taking all the suggested and required documents what else I might get into ?

1. What are chances of my 221G for me again

2. What questions I might face

3. Preperatory work I need to take interms of documentation etc

1. What are chances of my 221G for me again

=> Employer's history surely does matter, but doesn't assure 221G.

2. What questions I might face

=> Go through the other posts and prepares to provide proofs for employer-employee relationship. Have printouts of all email reports what your send as weekly report to your employer.

3. Preperatory work I need to take interms of documentation etc

=> Ask to your employer's attorney they will provide you the list including I129 etc. ATB. Do provide post-experience.
