Hello folks,

Can anyone please let me know the earliest available dates in Toronto, Canada or in Matamoros, Mexico. Also, if i fill the DS-160 for Toronto, Canada and later want to change to Mexico (due to non availability of dates), do i need to fill a new DS-160 form? Is there a way to see the dates without paying the fees?
