NLS
I have applied for my H1 transfer from employer A to employer B on September'2011 and my initial visa is about to expire in the next 15 days. There was an RFE from USCIS which my employer replied in Apr'2012. I havent heard back from the USCIS since then. When our employer called they said he will notify the corresponding officer and they sent a letter saying you should have a response in 45 days. Since my visa expires in next 15 days should I upgrade my application for premium processing or wait for USCIS to reply back. Hope to hear back from you. Thanks. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
Visa expires meaning, your stamp visa on passport or I-94? If your I-94 is valid for longer time then you're fine to stay. Visa stamp is just to enter in US, but once you entered in US your I-94 dates is your validity dates. Link to comment
