My H1 Visa Stamping got rejected in April 2012 in India, and came back to US on H4 Last Month.Now my employer applied change of status h4 to h1b in premium processing,is there any COS that i need to wait till oct 2012 or i can start working once my H1 petition is approved? how much time it will take to approve h4 to h1b in premium processing,My application is received on June21st 2012 now showing status as : Acceptance Thanks in advance.
