Doc's needed for H1 B Premium

Hi All,

I had applied my H1B on May 11th 2012 and it's still in Initial review.

Now I would like to do Premium Processing. So do I need to resend all the updated documents?

My employer said they don't need any doc as I am still with same client. And he said he will send all the necessary doc's which he needs to fill and send.

So Please suggest me what to do?

=> Your employer filed your H1b, they paid for it. They are the only one who can make it PP. They or their attorney should know this. You don't need to worry about client, vendor, client letter etc.

If you employer is not aware about H1b regulations better to refer an attorney to them or find a better employer.
