udayg Posted June 25, 2012 Report Share Posted June 25, 2012 Hello EveryOne, Here are my details Documents Submitted :06/12/2012 Visa Date:06/18/2012 US Consulate: Hyderabad Visa Type:H1B Passport returned to me with white slip marked with "Administrative Processing" Type of employment: Full(No vendors) Employer :XXX Interview was pretty straight...where is client? whom do i report? whats my role ? Highest degree Earned?, Everything was proper and straight but in the end VO gave me my passport along with white slip and they would reach me via email or phone. I was in US for almost 6 yrs and used my h1 for 2.5 yrs and visited India last may and got stuck with visa issue. Now, XXX filed H1 via premium processing and I went for stamping in Hyderabad on 18 jun ..this time I got White slip. Since it is taking too long for me to get visa and travel to US, my employer is loosing hopes on me. Please let me know what is the probability of me getting visa and how soon will I get it.
