Stamping in Canada...Urgent Please Help

Hi all,

I am planning to attend for my VISA interview in Canada, I need to be in India by July 25th for my marriage. If i go for stamping around 15th, if i get a 221G, can i go to India directly from Canada? Will they give me my passport and allow me to go to India or will i get struck in Canada.

Worst case scenario, if you get stuck, ask visa officer to return your passport. That way, you can fly back to India.

Yes, you can always ask for the passport. Hopefully you already have a mutilple entry canadian visa...
