I need some experts advise I am in US on L1b and below are my details Primary visa details -> 13 Jul 2012 and I94 -> 18 Sep 2012 Dependents visa details -> 13 Jul 2012 and I94 -> 13 Jul 2012 My question here is if i can apply my dependents L2 Extension based on my I94 which is 18th Sep 2012. If yes what documents is required. Link to comment
