Visa stamping in Canada after withdrawn petition from India

Hi All,

Let me give you some overview on my case. I went to New Delhi for H1B stamping in Dec 1, 2011. VO gave me 221(g) green form asked to submit additional documents, proceed the same and got refusal letter from New Delhi Embassy and case forwarded to USCIS, which was reaffirmed in a month and again went for an interview in May, but this time also VO gave same 221(g) green form.

I would like to know, Can I withdrawn my petition from New Delhi (what i mean is just withdrawn case from the New Delhi consulate) and go visa stamping in Canada? We are group of 4 people who are in same boat. Please let us now if someone went through this situation. Any response would be highly appreciated.
