I am in India for almost 1.5 year for some medical reasons, is there any problem at the port of entry while going

Hi All,

I came to India in April 2011 and got my visa stamping on May 2nd with out any issues which is valid upto march 2014.

Due to some medical reasons I had to stay back in India, its been 14 months now, I am planning to go to US in October 2012.

my questions are

Is there any problem at the port of the entry?

What kind of questions I can expect at the port of entry?what supportive documents need to carry?

I am planning to carry all medical certifictaes and also the Job offer letter from employer. Is there any other documents needed please suggest?

Please help me... appreciate your time and valuable suggestions.

Ordinarily there should be no problem. Do not volunteer anything and ask the sponsor to send you recent job letters etc. and if he can refile your H1 for a new 3 year period that would be even better.
