sharmmad
Hi, Currently, I am working in EVC model for company A who have started my GC process in EB2 and have filed my PERM last month. However, now Vendor has given me the option to switch to their payrolls in 1.5 months(Have to wait as I would complete 1 yr with current company in 1.5 months) and they are ready to file my GC immediately. Does anyone has any idea if any kind of notification will go to my current employer if Vendor starts the initial steps for my GC. Initial steps here mean PWD, recruitement which take couple of months. And also, can I file 2 PERM's? Thanks in advance for you guidance and time! Regards Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
No way, current employer knows about new GC or H1B transfer, unless you tell them. Link to comment
