EAD approved, I485 pending, but holding company changing name

I am in a very unique situation. I had my PERM and I140 approved when my dept was formed as separate subsidiary of the parent company. We filed a new PERM and I-140 (successor of interest) which got approved recently. I also filed I485 in Feb, EAD/AP got approved and biometrics were completed last month, while I485 is still pending.

Now the parent company is changing it name. Although, the subsidiary company I am working in remains the same, there is a corporate level re-org. How does this affect me? DO I need to file I140 again? ANy issues with AC21
