Planning to go India(Chennai) or Canada(vancouve) H1-B Stamping

Thanks to the forums, I am planning to schedule H1B Visa stamping appointment in India(Chennai) or Canada(Vancouver) ,have been in USA for 5 years , until 3 month back i was working for other employer now i moved to CTS company ,

I have a couple of questions.

1)Which one is better go India(Chennai) or Canada(Vancouver) for H1-B Stamping?

2)My H1B transfer is applied on April 30th 2012 , it got approved on Jun 14th and i am planning to addend it in August, so i get Chance to carry just 3 months pay stubs would they ask me about previous employer much?

3)Since I'm from Andhra pradhesh(AP) in India ,is it ok if I choose to go Chennai or do need to attend at Hyderabad?

4)I did my Masters in USA but that university does not have accreditation does it affect me ?

if it does , where it has more chances in Canad or India?

5)I am basically from Electrical Engineering back ground( both B-tech and Masters) but currently i'm working on Software, I hope, it wont be a problem if it does could you please let me what kind of question they would ask ?

Since you work on EC model , it won't be big problem for you. I prefer you should attend on AP.

The reason avoiding Canada for you is If you get 221 you can enjoy your time in india and you can work from CTS india and you won't lose the project you are currently.

Reason for avaoiding chennai is sure they will ask why did you came from AP to chennai for stamping...
