I will take following documents: Visa application form - IMM5257E.pdf Supporting document - IMM5484E.pdf Money Order $150 (multiple entry) Photo - 2 copies Bank statement Passport Current Employment letter Am I missing something? ThreeTwoOne Posted June 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 They are accepting in person application. From morning 8AM-10:30AM. So I went there in 7:00AM and found 8 people are in the line for stamping!! One guy from embassy came around 7:40AM and checked documents if everyone has all needed documents. I did not take Family information Form, so he asked me to go nearer shop, get it filled up and come back to end of the line. By that time line was having at least 30+ people. My target was finish embassy work by 9:30 and get back to work. So I decided either I will go other day or send by Post Office. Link to comment

This is a two day process since may 2011 which they clearly stated to everyone visiting in person.. Make sure you have signed n completed all the documents.. They will just take it and will ask u to come back next day... They wont verify the forms in front of you.. Staple photos in the left bottom corner.donot staple on the face or closer to the face on photo. If you dont attach you will be asked to step out of the line n join back end of the line...once you step out after submitting they wont let you in again until the time to pick your passport... And how many days it took the whole processing to complete and get your passport back with canada visa? As i am have my h1b visa date on july 30th can i get my passport in time? Link to comment

Can i send xerox copy of my I-94 now or do i need to send my original? If i just send only I-94 with my name now will they attach this document with other documents? Link to comment
