I went for stamping today at chennai.

He asked some basic questions like...

1. Who do you report to?

2. How you do communicate with your employeer in a different state?

3. Is he paying you your salaray on time? (He asked for paystubs and W-2)

4. Tell me about your project at your client location?

5. whats your anual salary?

6. Do you have any layers between your employeer and Client? ( I told him there were 2 layers. As long the Client location is in the I-129 and LCA he had no issues.)

among others...

He did not ask for the client letter, which I had.

Reporting Manager from my employer.

Through Email, phone and also through a propitiatory software (My employer has a special application to submit timesheets, status report every week etc.,)

Yes. I showed him my paystubs for the last one year and W-2 for the last 3 years. I have been with the same employeer for the last 3+ years

Explained about my project.

Told him my annual salary.

He asked if I have a layer. I told him that there were 2 layers. He asked me for their names. I told them.

Be honest, that will give you confidence.

Everyone advised me to go to Canada and not Chennai (my home city). I made my own decision to go to Chennai.
