H1 Transfer-- pls pls help..

Hi all,

I am in OPT right now. My employer E has applied for h1 and got approved for 3 years. Company A is my end client and i work as contractor to company A. Now company A has offered me full time, and I am supposed to start in the month of october. My H1 also starts in october.

My question is.. My H1 starts in october. Can i apply for H1 transfer from employer E to company A in october itself?

I have heard we need to submit 3 pay stubs from employer E. But i will have my paystubs but will be run with opt status. could you please help me out.. thanks a lot.. lot in advance.. :)

=> As you said H1b got approved, the other employer can file your cap exempted H1b visa starting from Oct 1st.
