joeferns79 Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 My PD is May 2009 and I applied for AOS(I 485) in Feb '12. I got a RFE on my 485(medical RFE) which I replied back in a week. It was due to a missing page in the Doc's report. USCIS recently updated my case to 'received RFE response'. It's also mentioned in there that they will make a decision in 2 months. Does that mean they'll make a decision on my I-485 application within 2 months and send out the GC, if approved, or will they wait till new numbers are available in October? Link to comment
