Whenever you change the End Client your Petition goes through Amendment and reissued. Its almost the same amount as new H1B Link to comment

Its almost the same amount as new H1B" => Did you assume that all H1b are consultants :) Whenever there is a change in LCA such as location of work, duties, nature of work, position the H1b amendment should be filed.
