jimis Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 Hello, I came to US on H4, this is my 4th year running, I would like to know; If a person who is already in US for more than three years on H4 gets a job offer, will he be considered under Cap exempt because he is already in US or he has to wait till next year H1 Cap opens.?
