waiting for reply from embassy since 3 months ottawa canada

i got 221g on march 27th to submit a client letter . i have submitted after one month (april 28). still now i didnt receive any thing from the embassy. i have fw so many emails to the embassy, but no reply from them. Its almost 3 months.please suggest me .

Try to send an email from your client manager regarding the status. That might help.

After 3 months of waiting i got below message from the ottawa us embassy.

In order to continue processing your US visa application, we need you to return to the Embassy any Thursday between 2:00-3:00pm (except on US and Canadian holidays).

Please print this e-mail and present it to the guards in order to be admitted into the building.

I'll suggest you fly there immediately and appear in the embassy on Thursday between 2- 3 PM. Print this email and carry all the possible documents with you. Good luck.
