I currently working on H1B Visa. I have to go for VISA STAMPING soon( First H1B stamping). I heard that stamping in India seems to be very difficult. I am in dilema. It will be great if anyone of you can share your VISA stamping experience in CANADA and MEXICO. Your experience can help.

=> F1 to H1b or H4 to H1b it doesn't matter. Make sure to prove Employee - Employer relationship. Have printouts of last 3-4 emails to your employer mentioning your work report.

Make sure to let them understand that you are fully managed by your employer. Vacation, salary, raise, job-duties everything is managed by your employer. Have good knowledge about your LCA, client details/ letter, and you job duties. You are good to go. Of course I797 and other obvious stuffs. ATB!
