Did not amend visa for second client I worked for

Hello,

I've moved from f1 to H1b, i'd applied my visa using first client letter, now I'm working for the 3rd client, my employer has amended my H1 for this client as I'm planning for the visa stamping. I do not have my H1 amended for the second client I worked for, Would this be a problem? If I'm asked about this at the consulate, what should be my answer?

=> Not updating the LCA is against immigration law. Search "Iowa H1b fraud", learn. Sooner or latter it will surely bite you. Change your employer and report/ complain to ICE. This will make sure that you were aware of this, and taken timely action.
