Urgent need clarification re :attending for h1b renewal

Hi all ,

I am attending for my visa and h1b renewal at Vancouver , Canada.

My case is as follows : My first initial h1b stamping was done in other country not home country ,can I attend Vancouver , Canada for my h1B renewal. Please put some light on this as I have my appointment scheduled for next week.
