PERM count

Hi,

I got my PERM and I140 approved from my first job. Then I switched to another job (which is my present job) and filed for PERM in May, this year. My H1B is valid till December 2013.

If I want to switch to another job and they are ready to transfer H1B and apply for PERM, how risky is it to apply for PERM the third time?

Does it affect the case, if the number of times PERM is applied is high and therefore not recommended?

Also, does the job description for the third job needs to be similar to the first job for which PERM was applied and if it matters in case I want to use the priority date of the first job as I140 was approved then?

^{No. It does not in theory. If you have one approved I-140 ,you retain the date for any EB classification in future. IMO sitting on the fence too often is bad for your lower back....Just kidding.}
