Filing I-539(for H4) with H1 transfer will get a receipt no?

Hi Frens,

I am in the process of transfering my H1 from Comp A to B and the new employer B filed my wifes H4 transfer as well for that I have submitted I-539 form.She is in US on H4.When I spoke with my employer B, they have given a recipt number for my H1 transfer.

1) USCIS will give a receipt number for I-539 also?

2) So there is going to be two Receipt numbers 1 for my h1 transfer and 2nd is for H4 trasfer?

Is that right?

My employer is not responding to my emails Iam following up with then since 3 weeks.

Could any one clarigy my doubts please.
