H1 Transfer->RFE ->Responding with differnt Client letter.Urgent

Hi Guys please help me out really in confusion :

My H1 transfer filed by employer B (one of the Top indian company)and got RFE .RFE is to provide the client(X) letter stuff.But the client is not ready to give the letter now as the requirement closed.Now the employer B is trying to provide the different client(Y) letter and respond to the RFE.

1) Do u see any issues in Approving my H1 transfer here ?

2) Because of the change in client - is it going to be rejected?

3) Whats the percentage of chances of getting approved? Is there any case approved like this earlier?

=> They should also file new LCA to reflect new location, and job duties.

The location is same but they got a new client who is willing to give the client documents

=> So the new client runs their business at the location of the other client?

Location doesn't mean by city or state only. It means complete street address.
