F1-H1B Query-Its really urgent

My F1 opt Extension is exp on dec 2012 so applied for my H1b without Master Degree.I got Query for that.My Master degree will get at dec 2012.

Can you please help me possible ways.

You obviously have an undergraduate degree. That's enough for an H1. You won't qualify for the advanced degree quota, since you didn't have the degree when you applied.

Who got the idea to apply in the advanced degree quota???

What was the actual query? If they want proofs to prove your specialty, prove it with your 4 years of bachelors and work experience.

Ok something does not sound right here, You said your OPT expires on Dec 2012, and you will not have degree before Dec 2012. How in the world is that possible.

You get OPT after finishing your degree, then how come you do not have your Degree ???

=> Well not related to the OP's issue but, Pre-completion OPT can be taken before completing degree. I used this.
