Srini345 Posted June 19, 2012 Report Share Posted June 19, 2012 Hi Guys, Here is my interview experience at Vancouver, June 12th VO Questions asked Who is your employer Since how long your with him Where do u work Do you have end client How long your working with end client Do you have end client letter Where Client Located What is your designation How much is your annual salary How do u report your daily activities to your manager Do you have paystubs and bankstatements VO said your PIMS was not found and will take day or 2 for the visa processing time and gave me the approval form, but he didn't said that it was approved at that time. I immediately spoke to my employer and following is the format my employer sent to Consulate and PIMS. (""Subject: URGENT PIMS UPDATE BENEFICIARY HAS AN INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT AT VANCOUVER, CANADA CONSULATE ON JUNE 12, 2012 -XXXXXXX Dear Sir/ Madam, One of our employees appeared for H1B stamping on 6/12/2012 at Vancouver, Canada. Following is the information: Petitioner: XXXXXX Beneficiary: MR.XXXX XXXX RECEIPT NUMBER: XXXXXXX Visa officer informed him that his PIMS database was not updated. But we have updated PIMS database on 6/6/2012. Following is the email that we have sent it on 06/06/2012. Please do the needful to update PIMS database for Mr. XXXX’s approved H1B petition to complete H1B visa stamping procedure at Vancouver, Canada. We will appreciate your prompt response for the same. Attached my I120,I797 approval notices, LCA etc.. Best Regards,) Later i followed up with an email to vancouver consulate and got reply that my visa was approved and PIMS also updated. Please note that i am not sure if my employer email did the trick, but my PIMS got updated with in 2 days.
