GCatyachar
I have a pending AOS with USCIS. I had an attorney on file who is no longer representing me. How do I take him off my case? It looks like he is receiving my papers, like the interview appointments etc. I have not spoken with in years and he just sent me an invoice for advise I did not take from him. I am sure it was a mistake on his office's part. Meanwhile, I still want to get his office off my file at USCIS. how do I do that? Thanks! Link to comment
Belle
I would call 1-800 number and make a service request. They can't charge you for any services you have not agreed to. Link to comment
vinodhts
It is better to have a lawyer to represent yourself.Just find one lawyer and submit G-28 form ..Then the new lawyer will be the one dealing your case. Link to comment
JoeF
If you don't have a new lawyer, you just file a G28 naming yourself. Link to comment
