PERM through future employer

I am currently working in Company X, and i applied for PERM on Feb and it went in audit. The audit results have been sent on June. My H 1 is expiring on Sept 2013 ( six years completion)

My query is

Should i wait for the audit results?

or

should i apply with my future employer as they are ready to do The PERM ?
