Interfiling question

EB3 PD Oct 2007

EB2 I140 approved(PD is that of old case).

Now the next step is interfiling .

Is it necessary that my lawyer does the interfilng or i can do it on my own because i believe it must be as simple as sending an email using a pre set format.

Any suggestions ?

If the EB2 I140 notice has same PD as of the old EB3 application then your case is automatically interlinked to pending 485 application using A number. You don't need to do anything here differently.
