The USCIS has received the case on March 22,2012 but has not finished the review yet.It had been almost 3 months and i am loosing hope on it. I am now planning to proceed with EC model . Could you all please advise me if this model has higher chances? what type of questions to expect from VO ? All your responses are appreciated. Link to comment

LonelyMe
Employer -employee questions can still be of concern, but it becomes easy to explain when you have no layers in between. You can also get letter/email from the employer stating that when you will be starting to work with the client, you are under agreement with your employer and that they take responsibilities like hire-fire, keeping up-to date work status, paying you on time, getting health insurance, your reporting and yearly performance reviews etc. talk to your petitioning employer & immigration lawyer.
