VO: he looked at my DS forms for one minute. Make sure you fill the DS forms properly: VO: who is your employer? me: answer ( tell your employer name but not end client ) VO: location of employer - company address me: said ( your employer address ) VO: who is ur end client and address? me: said VO: how long ur working for this employer? me: said VO: have you changed any client in this period? me: said ( I think his point is, H1B amendments if any ) VO: copy of ur client letter? me: I gave it to him VO: what are your roles and responsibilities? me: said VO: LCA and 129 copies? me: gave it to him. VO: salary details me: told him VO: asked for driver's license me: gave it to him VO: address on license and address where u r staying are different? me: answer ( i mentioned my previous employer details ) and he asked for the copy of h1b for the previous employer. VO: where you did ur master's? me: said Officer was looking at my client letter and DS forms very often, the time of conversation between me and VO was about seven to eight minutes at last he said that they need some more cross verification ( he didn't give any forms or slips like 221 ) and said that they will be sending my passport with in one week to loomis. they contacted to manager through mails regarding my employment - he replied ASAP I received my passport with visa stamped after three days of my interview. VO took all my documents and said they need to do my Employer Verification. He took my PP and said it will take around 5 days to complete the process.
