A# Number is Differs from H1B Approval notice and I140 Notice

I have filled the First OPT application with Alien number A123 and approval notice have correct Alien number A123.

I have filled the OPT Exetension application with Alien number A123 and approval notice have correct Alien number A123.

My company filled the H1B application with Alien number A123 and approval notice have correct Alien number A123.

My company filled the I140 application with Alien number A123. but approval notice have wrong Alien number A456.

Can any one suggest what need to do to correct my I140 with correct A number (from H1b Approval Notice).

Is this going effect my future immigrations cases.

I am not sure..how USCIS will provide A# for different applications.

Can any one confirm that A# number can be differs from H1B approval and I140 Approval.
