H1B to H4 Visa Stamping Issues

I came USA on H1B visa with company A, after some time I changed the company and transferred my H1B to company B. Mean time I applied my wife H1B and her H1B is in pending status.

If I travel to India with my family is there any problem? My current employer asking me to go for stamping, if I go stamping by that time my wife H1B visa approved is there any problem? first of all with H1B visa pending status whether she can travel to India?

Please help me on this.
