Regarding AC21

Hi Group,

I have one question:

-If I-140 is approved and the person stays in the same company-A for 180 days(However I-485 is not yet filed).

-Now he changes the company and goes to another company-B.

Can he port the I-140 to the new company-B, and doesn't he need to start the PERM and the I-140 again in the new company-B?

Unfortunately, AC21 does not come to picture until I-485 stage. So if you quit at the stage of I-140, then you have to re-start from PERM, but if you have an approved I-140 your PD will be grandfathered and you can use it fro filing I-485 in the future.
