Cons of being on H1 - - Amend H1 each time project/LCA changes - Application Money - Renewal issues/RFEs - H1 Site visits Pros of being on H1 - Can stay in US if 485 issues (I am happy to leave after GC dream ends) Based on this, looks like not renewing H1 is wise. My Employer said since GC is Employer based, hence its good to keep H1 alive. Anyone has any more selling points to Renew H1 compared to being on EAD? Thanks Link to comment
kalyan_ac Posted April 10, 2012 Report Share Posted April 10, 2012 The only reason to keep H1 active is in anticipation of 485 getting denied. If you have no reason to suspect of 485 denial, EAD is as good as GC. Link to comment
