USCIS said in a press release that all application received in the first week of April will be processed from April 9th. Meaning, if you don't get a response in 15 calendar days from April 9th, you will receive your premium processing fee back. Ashman posted USCIS press release earlier, check that out. I'd suggest waiting for a couple of days. If you don't receive the receipt by then call up USCIS. Link to comment
