for_suggestion
I went to Canada recently for 10 days. While going to Canada I have returned my I 94 to the air carrier. But while I was returning back I have gone through the immigration check in Canada before boarding and was not given I -94 form and I did not see I 94 to fill up any where. How can I get the I 94 ? Link to comment
JoeF
Hmm, you were not supposed to hand the I-94 to the airline. Not for trips to Canada of less than 30 days. Right now, you are basically illegally in the US. You should contact a good immigration lawyer ASAP. Link to comment
