mbapro Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 All, I am transferring from company A to company B. The immigration lawyers have filed a LCA with DOL as of 4/2. We will be going for Premium processing once the LCA is processed. Any idea on how much time does it take to get LCA approved from DOL? Thanks in advance Link to comment
