Help needed for filing H1B

I want to file for a H1B visa in the position of a manager (average salary 90K) with a company whose details are as follows:

- Company headquatered abroad and has sales and marketing division in usa

- It is established in USA in 2008 and is US incorporated (e-verified and has IRS Tax ID number)

- Its annual turnover is about half a million

- Number of full-time employees are 2

Please guide me on my chances of getting a H1B visa approved with this company.

Two employees, and they have a manager position? What is there to manage with two employees?

Looks like this is going to be a H1B -dependent company. If yes, then I will say the chances are minimal.
