FP Notice - attorney gets a copy?

Hi,

Does the attoney who filed my I-485 gets a copy of the FP notice as well at the same time it is sent to me?

I'm currently out of town and hoping to visit my city once the attorney gets the notice as I won't be there at home to receive the FP notice.

Yes attorney does get a copy of the FP notice.

No. Only applicant will get the notice. Sometimes applicant gets multiple notices for same scheduled appointment. I received two notices for same day/time.

It depends on G-28 form. If your attorney is point of contact then notices will go to them.
