there are various things been said about EVC model first time stamping, and we hear lots of negative feedback from H1 stamping from canada.

So many people getting 229g and rejections.

Is there anything that we can take care of regarding documents or procedure?

Nothing much, other than ensuring you and your employer are compliant with the general rules around H1-B visas including the Employer-Employee relationship memo and can document it (without providing false evidence). If you are compliant and have your documentation, your case is strong.
