vanilla11
Hi All, We have filed 485, EAD & AP 2nd week of March 2012 and received USCIS receipts, We have to move to another contract and hence the location with in the same state currently we are in. I have suspicion of moving to new location and filling AR11 may cause delay GC processing. At my current location, We can request our Landlord to send us letters we receive. The new contract we are moving to is for short duration. As the PDs are retrogressed now and no GC be approved until Oct 2012, Is it fine leaving the current location and maintaining the same old address without filling AR 11? or is it mandatory to update address multiple times where ever we go with new address? Could you please suggest/guide us on our current situation? Thanks a lot in advance. Link to comment
Belle
I would change the address on the pending petition. It is ok to live temporarily out of the metro area for which you are being sponsored. If you are facing retrogression, "delays" in processing are irrelevant - you are stuck, anyway. Link to comment
