H1B processing from Germany

Hi,

I have been in Germany from last 14 months and working at a client through India based MNC on work permit.

Now a different employer in USA planning to start my H1B filing in premium processing in next week or so.

Could you please clarify the following?

1. Filing H1B while I am in Germany would cause any issues to my current work permit in Germany?

2. If my H1B petition gets approved, Can I attend H1B visa stamping interview at US consulate in Germany?

Visa stamping approval/denial would cause any issue to my current work permit in Germany?

The US is a different country. An H1 from the US has no influence whatsoever on any German work permit.
