Hi, I was struck in 221g administrative processing for 4 months in India. Will I be able to recapture this time after 6th of my H1b visa? PS: I worked from India office but was paid in USD

my Employer will start processing my GC next month and my current visa is expiring in Feb 2013 am I still in a safe position?
