485 approval for EB3 to EB2 porting

With EB2 dates retrogressing , would it impact 485 approval for Eb3 to Eb2 porting case.

We don't file 485 again, as we already did it for EB2 case.

How does USCIS consider approval of 485 porting case...? Would case be put in a queue with other eb2 folks or would they consider depending on priorty date.

Gurus/immigration lawyers please respond.
